This is the application form for camrecord.com and/or camsforall.com. These two sites are sister sites that use the same images, with a different interface to the surfer. camsforall only shows 18+ cams.

All applications will be added to camrecord. If you are 18 or over then you can also be added to camsforall if you wish.

Please read these rules before applying:

• Gender: At this time, only applications from females are accepted.
  
• Age: camrecord welcomes applications from any ages. If you are 18 or over you may also request to be added to camsforall.com.
• Nudity: It goes without saying that any under 18 cams showing nudity will be removed immediately. For the adults, nothing too hard please - nekkid is fine though. ;) Note that as of October 2003 camrecord does not display full size images for cams which show nudity, but will link to the equivalent camsforall archive.
  
• Name: Please check to see that the name you use for camrecord is not already taken.
  
• Link back: I'd appreciate a link back to http://www.camrecord.com/. You can also link directly into your archive page if you wish.

• cam name: The name you would like on camrecord (letters, digits, spaces).
  
• camsforall: (yes/no) If you are 18+, would you like to be on camsforall.com too?
• image url: Your cam image URL (the URL of the image, not your HTML cam page).
  
• website url: Your website URL.
  
• email: Your contact email address and where it is listed on your site.
  
• adult content: (yes/no) Does your cam show nudity? (if your image ever has nudity - even if it's only occasional or someone else - you must answer YES)
